My name is Amery Miller. Yes, I’m the girl you see in the tabloids, or hear about one way or another, because I slept with one guy for a couple weeks and a different guy the next. I guess people think that just because I collaborated with some rapper means that I’m automatically with him? But the rumors don't stop with me sleeping with so and so. Oh no. A couple weeks after I'd gotten back from a spa in Montana with a friend there was a tabloid that came out with us on the cover. It said we'd left our rooms in total disarray. This wasn't true at all, and people that smart enough to ask knew it wasn't true as well. Because I had pictures of the room, the layout of it, and everything. The pictures in the magazine and the pictures that I had were totally different. Needless to say that’s not really me, people just love to get me into trouble, because I've sold millions upon millions of albums and they want me to fail in the business. Whatever.

Anyways… I was born and raised in Salt Lake City, which is why I always used to spend Christmas break there, I had family there. Although my mother lived in New York City’s Upper East Side. I learned to play piano at a very young age, while I was attending a private school in NY. I taught my self how to play guitar, because not very many people were willing to teach me, especially when surrounded by lots prestigious people. My father was the founder and owner of the Princess Cruise line, so besides being the musician that I am, I’m also inherited all of his money from that, and am now the owner of the cruise line. I never knew my father, which is something most people don’t know about me, either because they don’t think to ask, or don’t care. My mother and my father split up when I was only a couple months old. My father went off to wherever and my mother stayed in New York city.

Now that you know all about my childhood, mostly, we’ll move on. At the age of fifteen I bought a couple of tickets to see one of my favorite teen queens, Hilary, in Salt Lake City, Utah. (I know that’s pretty random, SLC, but I wanted a break from NYC, and SLC was the place.) While at the concert a drawing took place. It was for one lucky person to sing on stage with Hilary. I was the lucky person! I never thought, in a million years that it would have been me. I was just there to see the performance. But I went on stage and sang with her. Later in the week I got a phone call from Hilary’s producer’s secretary. She told me that the producer wanted me in Los Angeles to sign with Hilary. Of course I didn’t believe her, not until I was walking into the studio’s building and signing papers. It was a crazy year that year. I moved to Los Angeles with my dogs, Roxy and Billabong, and I recorded an album with Hilary and went on a nation wide tour. After the tour though Hilary announced that she was going her own way, into acting and got me hooked up with another band. I made two albums with them, went on a small tour, a nation wide tour, and a world tour, most of which was fun, except for the last one. Between the last album that I did with PSB! and the last tour I signed onto another record label to go solo. I made one album which was fun! And went on a tour for that one. Right now I’m contemplating when to make the next album. I’m just hanging around the city, shopping, hitting clubs, and writing music. I’m also preparing myself for the next world wide tour that my producer has mentioned for the next album.

That’s been my life so far. I’m sure you’ll get more details in magazines if you’re into reading them. Just remember that it’s not all true, the things that you read in magazines. I recently did an interview with Seventeen magazine, which I’ll be posting soon. It’ll go more in depth about my tours, going solo, my father, boys, and everything that is me. For now though, good bye.

Amery
